Upholstery Color:9953 Midnight

Received chair without nailheads as depicted when ordered. I was told I would be responsible for returning chair and shipping myself in order to receive a full refund even though it was THEIR MISTAKE!! I would not recommend ordering from this company. Poor customer service as well. Chair was delivered weeks late without any updates or notification.
