I don’t love the color that I ordered but I do like the piece. It works well as an additional seat or as a footrest. Nice and mobile.

The color is a bit darker than off-white, has a tiny hint of beige in it. It is well made and very stable, firm on top. You can sit on it without feeling like you might fall over (some poufs are too soft and unstable). It works well for resting your feet. It is lightweight and easy to move.

This item, and its larger matching twin, was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased with the intention to have my new items before Christmas - the estimated delivery date confirmed that was going to happen. (Yay!) I received the confirmation email, was charged the appropriate amount and finally received an email regarding shipping information stating that the item was backordered until February. I quickly lost my enthusiasm and have since been dealing with no less than 30+ emails, multiple 25-45 minute+ phone calls trying to figure this mess out. I have not received this item (though the shipping/ customer experience issues I've had would not change my mind about the product). I've yet to confirm what has been ordered, what has been charged/ refunded and what items I can actually expect to receive. I've purchased things from Perigold, JM & Wayfair previously without issue... I'm not sure if this is isolated because of the time of year or what, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not certain that any of these items are worth the trouble. Really unfortunate.
