This sectional is everything I wanted! Super comfortable, long enough for my husband to stretch out on(he’s 6’1), beautiful color and great quality! I was leery to order such a big piece without seeing it in person, but I couldn’t be happier!

Not worth the cost. The "reversible" sectional is actually a detached ottoman that slides around, and cause the cushion to dramatically shift whilst sitting. The cushions are uncomfortable, overhang, and sag. This is not worth the cost, as nicer options exist for the same price. The only plus is it does look very nice. The major con is that it's not comfortable. So if you're looking to discourage guests from sitting for longer than 15minutes, and you enjoy over spending, then look no further. Also, delivery was a nightmare, as we had "missed" the first attempt as they didn't call or even knock on our front door, and simply left, causing us to have taken a day off work for no delivery. Over all experience? Wayfair sells cheaply made furniture at premium pricing, and as such, I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

The ottoman started out where the cushion tilted up at the feet but it has since settled down. Fits nicely and comfortable

For the price this is a great deal and almost 1k less than PB's similar sofa. I got the hemp color and the material seems durable. The color is is not too light or too dark. I would describe it as an oatmeal color and has a linen look. It's a very stiff sofa and the chaise cushion does lift a bit from the ottoman but this is a secondary living space so it's not a big deal. It's a very nice sofa that looks more expensive than it is.
