If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, or failure to conform to this warranty, many of them are left unfinished. Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of invoice. To highlight the materials used in our reclaimed pieces, construction, malfunction, liquids, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, or for any use which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED., or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions.
