Love the comfort and style but the upholstery has separated by a seam and they won’t respond to my emails!

Love these chairs. Also appreciated that we could order them in the same fabric as a loveseat that was a slightly different style.

This chair is great! My husband had been nagging me to replace an old, worn out chair in our living room. I just couldn’t find anything that wasn’t gigantic. There were no reviews on this chair, but I did a bit of research on the manufacturer. That it was made in a North Carolina was a BIG plus for me. I preordered a few fabric samples - there are lots to choose from. They came in less than 2 weeks. The fabric I chose had a nice thickness with a backing. The chair is well made. I have several sofas from Raymour and Flanagan, and I would say this chair is made just as well as those. It’s quite comfortable as well - big enough to curl up in. A did like to add, it was delivered by a private company on time in a huge ice storm. Very happy with this purchase!
