The seams were split and threads were hanging out. It looks like someone's old bed that they then sent to me.

The product is absolutely beautiful, however it's overpriced. Customer service communication was great but if I were asked to purchase again from this company I wouldn't. My order was delayed several times. Then when they finally confirmed delivery, my order was delayed again with three different time changes. I paid way too much money for it to be delivered 5 weeks late. The communication was good, I appreciate that, but I have been waiting almost 3 months now. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
