Two Poppy sofas were delivered wrapped in plastic and carefully placed in my home by wonderful deliverymen. Under the plastic, we found black smudges on the upholstery and both sofas had a musty smell. Perigold customer service immediately scheduled a return and arranged for them to be picked up. I received the refund even before they received the sofas back to them. Excellent customer service. Immediately bought different sofas from Perigold without any problems.
