it's a very stylish chair. It was open box and there are some minor defects in leather, and the back of the chair was quite dirty but I was able to get them out.

For the second time they only delivered this one chair and the entire sectional is missing and no one knows what is going on! Absolutely horrific. Worst customer service ever.
