I had an extremely disappointing experience with this purchase from Perigold. I ordered two nightstands, and the delivery alone was unacceptable. Both were left outside my home despite being extremely heavy (hundreds of pounds), leaving me to move them inside and up the stairs by myself. That is not what I would expect when ordering large, high-end furniture. The packaging, while protective, was incredibly difficult to open and required completely tearing apart the boxes. Once I finally got to the product, one of the nightstands was damaged—the middle door was completely off track, and the track itself was broken. The customer service experience was even worse. I was initially told they would arrange pickup without packaging and handle the return for both nightstands. The next day, I received conflicting information—only one item was marked for return, and I was told I needed to repackage it. Given that the packaging had to be destroyed to access the item, that simply wasn’t realistic. At that point, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to figure out how to get it back myself. For this price point, the quality was unacceptable, the item arrived damaged, and the burden to fix the issue was placed entirely on me. This fell far below expectations. I also was not aware at the time of purchase that Perigold is affiliated with Wayfair, which helps explain the experience. I would not recommend.

This is something that should have a white glove delivery option. Box is incredibly heavy. One nightstand arrived with two broken drawers, screws were stripped on one and on the other the bottom drawer wouldn’t open. I told customer service I couldn’t ship it back because the box was destroyed from trying to get it out and they refused to work with me. They did allow me to donate it or throw it away and send a new one which is fine but now I have to figure out what do with this heavy nightstand I can’t lift.

Very impressed with this for the price. It is heavy and solid.

Gorgeous! The green is soft and light, came well packaged and easy to unbox. Knobs are smartly packaged backwards to protect during transit.
