Failed FedEx return initiation by agent first time perhaps because it was a Wayfair person? Second time the Wayfair person connected me to a Perigold person and it worked.

They are nice but I received 2 totally diff tops . 1 has red lines throughout & other doesn’t. I phoned to let them know, & still waiting for a response!
