grammercy park sectional......a classy sofa with a print upholstery option made it our choice. IT WAS TO BE A WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY, HOWEVER THE DELIVERY TEAM SAID THEY COULDN'T GET IT THROUGH THE DOOR AND INTO THE ROOM IT WAS ORDERED FOR AND SAID THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SET THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR OFF ITS RUNNER AND LEFT IT IN THE LIVING ROOM INSTEAD OF THE SUN ROOM. THIS IS THE SECOND INCOMPLETE COUCH DELIVERY IN TWO MONTHS. MY KIDS HAD TO COME OVER AND GET IT IN THE CORRECT ROOM. MY REVIEW IS....NICE FURNITURE, SLOPPY, UNCARING DELIVERY TEAM. NO WHITE GLOVE DONE....TSK TSK
