Wafair did not send the correct chair. The one I received has the wrong style and color feet. Wayfair will not refund it because, unknown to me it was an “open box item.” It was probably previously returned for the same reason. I feel I was tricked by Wafair.

Awesome comfortable well-made chair by a quality manufacturer, Bradington-Young. Real leather is buttery and soft; not man-made. My only regret is that the wrong color was delivered but due to the quality, I found another space for the chair in a different room than it was intended for. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was but Wayfair did work with me on an agreeable solution. I would recommend this manufacturer.

Avoid placing plastic or rubber materials (lamp bases, notebooks, placemats, etc.) on your furniture, as certain plastics contain ingredients that may damage the finish. Periodically rotate accessories on furniture so they do not sit in the same spot all the time. Use pads, cloth, or felt to protect the furniture surface from plastic, rubber, hot dishes, beverages, bookends, flowerpots, and vases. Clean up spills immediately. Use a blotting rather than a wiping action. Water left over a long period of time will cause white spots in the finish. Alcohol, perfume, after-shave, and medications can cause severe finish damage. Use a protective pad when writing with a ballpoint pen on the furniture surface. Lift and place objects rather than dragging them across the furniture surface.
