This sofa looks really cheap. Before placing the order for this sofa, I called customer care to make sure that it can be returned but now when I’m trying place the return request, they are saying that it can not be returned. I am kind of left nowhere as this sofa looks really cheap in my setup

I bought this because it's supposedly down cushions wrapped in foam. You can't feel the down. The material is very scratchy. Only positive is the color.
