The armchair is great!

This is the first time ordering chairs online. The order process was good and received update on shipping with estimated delivery for mid September but 2 chairs were delivered on August with notice by phone from delivery team 45 minutes ahead. Would have liked more notice of the scheduled delivery as stated on the email with shipping information. The delivery team was good and chairs appeared to be wrapped/packaged well to protect. The first chair was in good condition but the second chair has a nicked back leg, bottom material ripped and with holes in several places, and one arm soiled. Suspect the damaged was done at manufacturer prior to shipping since the packaging was good and did not show any damage. These were expensive chairs from a reputable manufacturer and had hoped that the order would have been without issues.
