item arrived without the correct parts and the holes the holes to screw together weren’t in the right place. i had to hire a carpenter to come and put the beds together and adjust all the attachments

The bed is exactly as described, and the delivery service team was top notch! They were done in a reasonable amount of time and took away all of the packing materials. They were great!
