I chose a designer I trusted and invested tens of thousands of dollars through Perigold—and in return, I’ve received nothing but silence and endless delays. Months have gone by with no updates. Every time I reached out, I was given no real information, and now, after all this waiting, I’ve been told my items are back-ordered. This is completely unacceptable. The level of disorganization and incompetence is astonishing. I will never shop with Perigold again. I will be leaving detailed negative reviews across multiple platforms, and I’ll be telling friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this site entirely. No company charging premium prices should deliver service this terrible.

Chairs are really pretty! The wood is a nice natural brown tone. The cushions do have a little yellow tone to them as they are not entirely white. They have cream and off white (yellowish) flecks in them, so be advised on that. Other than that, the chairs are pretty!
