Unfortunately, the "driftwood" finish is actually mostly white (let's call it bone white) and the driftwood branches looked oddly like bones attached to one another. Kind of creepy instead of coastal. If the finish were more driftwood beige/grey, I think this chandelier could have been whimsical and fun, but instead, at least in the "driftwood whitewash finish" came across as a little disturbing..
