Casa Alegre Serving Bowls

Amazonia, designed in partnership with the Brazilian all-female NGO EcoArts, is inspired by the flora of the world's largest tropical forest. The colors of plants and flowers, and the exotic shapes and textures of their seeds and fruit, are an endless source of inspiration perfectly expressed by the pieces curated by Casa Alegre for this unique project. A portion of the proceeds is allocated to support the reforestation of the Amazon region of Mato Grosso, Brazil.

The floral scent is the best representation of the surprisingly unique aesthetic of reactive glaze. The bright blue finishing touches are full of character, making each piece a distinctive creation, and thus giving each set enormous potential for mixing and matching with other pieces and collections.
