Rosenthal enters new territory with the "In.Gredienti" range. Until now, the focus has always been on the designer and the set design. However, with "In.Gredienti", which has been designed by a chef, the focal point becomes the bowls’ functionality. Form follows function. The highly individual bowls have been designed especially for differing meal requirements. For example, all set elements tilt slightly forward which means that most meals can be eaten using only a fork. The bowl has a small hollow in the edging precisely for this purpose, which makes a spoon redundant. This hollow is also a feature of the large dinner bowls. In this case, the hollow is used for thickened sauces, to stop them from running on the bowls, keep them warm, and ensure that they only come into contact with the food itself should the diner so wish. The concept embodies the trend for more individuality as well as that of celebrating food. This product by Rosenthal will appeal to the increasing number of ambitious hobby chefs, who are both knowledgeable and appreciate high-quality cooking utensils. This quality is guaranteed by the Rosenthal name and the "made in Germany" seal.
