Kay Bojesen designed these two happy skiers towards the end of the 1940s. The happy girl skier with the red cheeks and big smile is called Datti, which was the pet-name of Kay Bojesen's daughter-in-law Ruth (married to Otto). The name of the male skier, boje, was the pet-name of Bojesen's son Otto. The original wooden figures are very rare, as they were only produced in small series. With their cheerful expressions, this pair of skiers always make people smile, and they are all set to conquer Danish living rooms and homes again in this relaunch. Both skiers are made of painted beech in the same way as the Royal Guardsman. The skiers stand 6.1" tall.

My Ballet Class is a porcelain sculpture that conveys the elegance, sweetness, grace, and virtuosity of ballet. This porcelain sculpture decorated with a compelling combination of white, black, and golden luster is the result of the collaboration between Lladr and Laolu Senbanjo, a Brooklyn-based Nigerian visual artist, musician, human rights lawyer, and activist. Senbanjo's personal graphic language, which combines influences from the Yoruba culture from Nigeria with a more contemporary treatment, is coupled with the sculptural form to give rise to a singular body of work with the personal stamp of a committed artist. Rendering Senbajo's drawing in porcelain called for outstanding work in two main areas. On one hand, the ornamentation team had to etch each one of the strokes by hand so that they could be recreated in the pieces. On the other, it required the expert hands of the decoration team to carefully paint them in black and golden luster.
