I am completely disappointed with this product. It is misrepresenting the item that you have on your site. It has a similar pattern, but I received two paintings on a white background that were hot, pink and yellow with a little orange. I called customer service department and spoke to Jeanne and was told that I have to contact the Artist and make a complaint and then I had to pay for the return for an item that is misrepresented on your site. Your representative said that it was correct. It is clearly not and I sent in the pictures. I am agreeing to pay the return label cost of $14.80 because you are not willing to pay for this return as you should be. The paintings are completely wrong in color. You showed (2) images in green, purple, orange, rust and a light blue background on your site. The paintings arrived on a white background ground in hot pink, yellow and orange. This is misrepresentation. It’s unfortunate that you are not seeing the value of having a satisfied designer. I will no longer be purchasing from you and I will notify all my clients and business colleagues concerning both of your misrepresentation and unwillingness to pay for the returns.
