Spring Currents is an original abstract painting, using acrylic ink, alcohol ink, and acrylic paint, by Boston-based artist Cynthia White. There are moments, after big Spring rainstorms, when the spring petals fall with such force and volume, that the rushing water of rivers, streams, ocean, and even city street rivulets are a mix of foaming water and bright, riotous Spring colors. Sprint Currents shows the view of those layers through the energy and movement of shapes and colors.
