Enjoy the beauty of cat palm, which features solid, green foliage and is fantastic for large spaces. Grow cat palms in bright, indirect sunlight. Boost growth in spring and summer with a fertilizer labeled for potted plants following the product's instructions. When a cat palm outgrows its current container, a report by gently removing it from its container and placing it in a 2-inch wider container. Fill with potting mix and water thoroughly. Hardy outdoors in USDA zones 9b-11. Exposure to the sap of this plant may cause discomfort to individuals with a sensitivity to it upon contact. Grown for ornamental purposes and not intended for human or animal consumption.
