The special feature of this series lies in the conformation of the surface material which enhances the core that looks like jelly, just as the name suggests, evocative of the forms used in pastry-making.
Purchased this on a whim to use up some Wayfair reward credits, and because I'm a big fan of my other Kartell purchases. Otherwise would never have sprung for a vase at this price. My sober Quaker ancestors would cringe! But so glad I did. How is it possible to make a plastic vase that is so beautiful? No way it looks like plastic. So pretty I'm hesitant to use it.
