Pictures are nice, just like the website but have to take off one star because they were so poorly made. They glued the back with a piece of brown paper and glue was all over the frame. The entire back was so sticky I had to put scotch tape all around to prevent it from peeling off the paint of my wall. Definitely not worth $300 for the quality or workmanship.. Carol. Coterie 1 is a minimalist interpretation on paper of Calder's famous mobiles and features a single, unbroken hand-drawn graphite line that is looped to represent a mobile wire. The art elements of line, shape, and movement come together in this playful series. Beginning at the bottom of the picture plane, the line stretches upward and then gracefully descends until it ends its journey as a single goldenrod ball. A small black dot provides a focal point for the eye. All Around Is Nothing 2 is part of a series of six geometric works on paper that call to mind the work of British Op-Art artist Bridget Riley circa the 1960s. The series features a single geometric circle in varying angles and monochromatic shades. In this work, thin graphite bands form the geometric circle giving it a 3D effect.
