The Apollo statue is an abstract circlet of gold-leafed laurel leaves atop a glossy marble base. It resembles the victory wreath from the ancient Olympic games. The Apollo makes for a perfect award for bookends when used as a pair. It's also stunning as a decorative object gracing a side table or etagere.

I got a larger golden wreath 10” in Athens now this matches without having to go back. Just love it. Very rich looking. Love the olives. Just wish it was a tiny bit larger.. Janice. Fri Sep 25 2026

The Tivoli Sculpture is a mature Japanese Maple bonsai in the windblown, Fukinagashi style. Bonsais are a Japanese art form admired for how they are bent to the gardener’s design over many years. They are also admired for their qualities of simplicity, deliberate imperfection, and respect for nature. Here, we have a highly cultivated old maple with a gnarled trunk in full leaf.

The glittering finish of our Marianas statue speaks to the wondrous mythology it’s inspired by. According to Maori legend, the long Ikaroa fish created the Milky Way, and is known as the “Mother Goddess of the stars.” In our depiction, bungalow 5’s designers aimed to capture that glorious spirit. Rendered in iron and topped with precious gold leaf, the Marianas features lovingly cast details, from shimmering scales to textured fins. Its elongated silhouette shines above a black marble base, just like a sky full of stars. It’s a striking art piece that calls to seaside cottages and nautical themes, though its sophisticated craftsmanship and interesting backstory make it a worthy conversation starter.

The Hanya Sculpture is a ribbon of shimmering impasto surfaces that trace a beautiful line. The sculpture takes inspiration from early 20th-century Futurism. This avant-garde art movement had boundless faith in revolution and progress in part because it developed largely outside of traditional art capitals. Futurism celebrated speed, technology, and modernity in plastic arts. The Hanya statue floats weightlessly in a painstakingly devised choreography of space.

A layer of richly colored glass is laid on a base of either clear or tinted glass, then deeply chiseled with a dynamically abstract pattern. The result is a sphere that glows with the ebb and flow of light and color elevating the table vase from vessel to sculpture.

The Sprial Horn Bust is an Art Deco Ibex, which displays the exaggerated grace of mature, circled horns. Ibexes were favorite subjects of both Art Deco and Hollywood Regency sculptors who, simultaneously, valued exotic animals and geometric shapes. Our specimen is sculpted in a faceted, angular, naturalistic style that traces a continuous line from his nose to the tips of both horns. The smooth, impasto surface highlights his very large, dramatically sectioned horns.

The Wreath Sculpture is a golden corona of oak leaves, acorns, and pride. The sculpture depicts a triumphal wreath, which had special meaning in Greek and Etruscan culture. In Greek lore, it conveyed status by the virtues of victory and achievement. The diadem of impasto oak leaves represents the wisdom of Zeus, for whom a grove of oaks was sacred. Wreaths like this would have been awarded to commanders who had just won a major battle. And, who doesn’t need that?

This is a beautiful piece and works well for where I have it placed. I was unaware, based on the photo, that there was an amount of orange on the piece. I selected this piece due to its all gold color. it is very well-made and substantial. The color variation is not very noticeable from a distance but up close it is. I wish the photos I saw when ordering were more evident of that. I will continue to purchase from Perigold as I love the individual pieces that are available.. Lenannette. Meridian, ID. If you’re looking for an artful finishing touch to accessorize a living room shelf or bedroom side table, look no further than the statue. Intertwined with its distinctly modernist aesthetic, is the allure of an ancient art piece (think, the great heads of easter island scaled down to your desk or bookshelf), with a gilded gold leaf that gives it the air of a found treasure. Thankfully, it’s not nearly as delicate as an archaeological artifact, as it’s rendered in iron and sits atop a sturdy black marble base. This forever piece will complement all of your future homes and any design aesthetic.
