As though harvested from the metallic forest of Ernst Gruler’s imagination, the new Forest Blossom collection is inspired by the raw beauty of nature. The Hero Sculpture features hand-forged layers of iron that create a striking representation of a face. Accented with a faux brass finish, this captivating piece rests atop a black marble base, making it a bold statement addition to any decor.

Ernst Gruler's original Sound Sculptures were made from repurposed scrap steel and pressure canisters, with a liberal sprinkling of industrial chic, and the technical and aesthetic attention to detail that informs all of Ernst's work. The bells are meant to be rung, and in many cases, other parts of the sculptures also resonate when struck. This is why he calls them Sound Sculptures: they invite exploration and interaction, along with the contemplation of the origin and previous functions of the various scrap components of the sculptures. Studio A Home has reproduced Ernst's original Sound Sculptures from iron. They reflect the component parts of his originals.

So glad we bought the pair. Love them. Nancy. Templeton, CA. Mon Apr 19 2021

This miniature owl sculpture is sand-cast from a vintage original. It sits expectantly on a black granite pedestal.

Buyer beware...despite the image depicting 5 birds, you only get one figurine per quantity, NOT 5. Your only hint is that the word "figurine" is singular. I love this item for my Halloween decor. But, for the price, I'm not sure I would have paid $115 full price or $67 discounted for one figure had I not been duped by the nice picture showing 5!!! The product quality is superior though. I guess that's why it's so expensive. :(. Dywanda. New Orleans, LA. Thu Sep 07 2017
