Morris & Co.
Sumptuous in design and color, this wallpaper is a faithful reproduction of an early paper from 1868-70 thought to have been designed by George Gilbert Scott. The logbooks reveal it is the most recolored design over the decades. Similar in appearance to the block printed original, this surflex printed version comes in two colors to match the fabric from the collection.
Elegant in design and color, this gravure printed wallpaper has been produced using mica and metallic effects and was inspired by Morriss watercolor paintings of Honeysuckle from 1876. The Morris & Co. studio created this new artwork with fine ink, pencil, and watercolor.
This is beautiful but the pattern is smaller than I imagined and colors are brighter than I thought. Overall slightly deceptive picture. allie. Columbus, OH. 2022-06-23 10:43:16
