With the new Astro sculptures from Kahler, the Danish sculptor Malene Bjelke has been inspired by Kahler's long history of figurines and has created 12 different zodiac sculptures that beautifully bring the design heritage from Kahler's historic ceramic workshop into the present day with a spiritual focus. All the zodiac figurines are made of white unglazed stoneware and stand in a silhouetted look. The raw expression helps to create dynamics in the figurines as naturalistic details so that they appear as sculptures that can be appreciated from all angles. Each Astro sculpture has been created with a descriptive word based on the values associated with each of the 12 different zodiac signs. The energy of the specific characteristics of the zodiac signs has been translated into the design of the figurines. For the Astro Aries sculpture, the word Focus influences the expression of the figurine's pose and helps describe the unique characteristics of this zodiac sign.

The Urbania lighthouses are all inspired by the architecture of the past, the present, and the future. The little tower with its numerous delicate tiny hand-cut windows of various sizes creates adorable and enchanting light silhouettes and is a smaller version of the larger tower in the range. Create a personal and adorable tableau with other lighthouses or let the little tower glow alone.

The Urbania collection pays tribute to light and is a perfect accompaniment to the Christmas ambience. The small earthenware houses, designed by the designer duo, Bache and Bendix Becker, were inspired by familiar types of buildings and emit the most stunning light through windows and doors. The distinctive townhouse with its obvious classicist references is no exception. Let it glow by itself or place it next to other Urbania houses to create a totally unique look on the windowsill, on a sideboard or on the Christmas table.

We already had one of these and added another for a new member of the family.. Anonymous. Sat Dec 06 2025

With its gabled roof this distinguished lighthouse, the manor house, evokes old stately homes and village churches and goes beautifully with the other lighthouses in the range. The rays of light twinkle out of the manor house’s tiny, hand-cut windows, filling the home with sparkling light and vibrant shadows. Place some lighthouses together in a lovely design tableau or let the graceful manor house create a charming nook of light by itself in the darkness of the evening.

Good craftsmanship meets Danish design in the Hammershoi Unfold vases, celebrating 10 years of the Hammershoi series. Their unique folded form creates a soft, inviting shape that supports flowers while enhancing their natural flow. Crafted from chalky white ceramic, the vases come in two sizes: 8.1 inches for large bouquets and 6.5 inches for smaller arrangements. The signature grooves reflect Kähler’s heritage while embracing a modern vision. Designed by Hans-Christian Bauer, they draw inspiration from Svend Hammershoi’s 1930s vases. Their organic, playful shape encourages effortless floral styling. Softer than the classic Hammershoi vase, Unfold maintains the signature design language. This collection blends tradition with evolution, offering timeless elegance. A tribute to craftsmanship, history, and innovation, these vases redefine modern Danish design.

A collection with three vases designed to complement one another, Omaggio Circulare focuses on reducing Kahler's environmental impact, while maintaining its prestigious craftsmanship. Made from leftover materials, the circular is a contemporary, forward-looking perspective on Kahler's beloved, classic Omaggio vase. This vase has an eye-catching, contrasting design: A rustic top in light gray, and a hand-painted bottom in anthracite gray. Fill the charming vase with a small bouquet, or a single flower, or leave the vase as is, and let the circulare collection speak for itself.

Maybe you have already invited nature inside with a bunch of flowers or a potted plant, beautifully and stylishly placed in an Omaggio Nuovo vase or flowerpot? With the introduction of two Omaggio Nuovo candle holders in two sizes and two color combinations, Kahler now offers you even more options for combining the love of ceramics with the love of flowers, plants and candles. The large candle holder comes in ochre and measures 6.3", while the slightly smaller one has a dark blue base color and narrow, light blue stripes. Both have depth and vibrancy, with their hand-painted stripes and glazes, achieving that 'stripes on the stripe' effect that is the Omaggio Nuovo hallmark and harking back to Kahler's proud traditional craftsmanship.

Poppery is the remarkable manifestation of KIMPOP's creative identity and Kahler's ceramic heritage. The collection is a shift from Scandinavian design norms through flamboyant hues and unexpected, humorous details. The Urbania lighthouse is inspired by traditional Christmas decorations but creates a cozy atmosphere at all times of the year. With their simple and poetic expression, they fit beautifully into a modern home. The expression is modern, but at the same time has something calm and recognizable about it. The lighthouses from are produced in glossy glazed ceramics and are a modern interpretation of the urban space with an elegant and exclusive expression. Classic ceramics and Nordic design play well together in these lighthouses. Each window is hand-carved, making all the lighthouses from Urbania unique. This year, a new famous building is added to the Urbania lighthouse series, and this is Tivoli's, glass hall. Make Christmas perfect with the iconic Omaggio Nuovo stipes made according to old craftsmanship traditions. The wonderful miniature Omaggio Nuovo vases with silver stripes blend elegantly with the classic colors of Christmas. Fill the vases with fresh spruce or forest sprays carrying small cones. The three vases make a beautiful small design tableau.

With its refined shape, the white-glazed lighthouse with lines inspired by the most beautiful and best-preserved Roman building, the Pantheon, adds a whole new light. The shimmering light and alluring shadows of the Urbania lighthouse sparkle magically on your windowsill and fill the room with joyful expectations. Group the Urbania lighthouses in large or small urban scenes and let the handmade lighthouses brighten any season.

With the Tulle vase series, Kahler celebrates nostalgia and romance. The hand-painted decorations are inspired by the older Kahler vases. The small 10-cm tall Tulle vase with a diameter of 9.5 cm is hand-painted and handmade. The vase has a creamy white base colour and is painted with spirals in a cobalt blue clay colour, which has then been glazed. The neck of the vase is kept free of the blue brush strokes and therefore appears simple and clean. The vase has a beautiful authentic and artistic look in a modern context. It is small in size, however, it has been given extra depth and life through deep, rich glazes, which originated in the old Kahler workshop. Tulle Emborg was one of the most talented painting ladies at that time, and the Tulle series has been made in her honour and name. And you can both see and feel the person behind the series, and how she has gone out of her way to paint the vase by hand and give it an expressive and vibrant look. The decorations also give you a clear sense of the artistic understanding and the intuitive movements that make the Tulle vase a small work of art in itself and which give it a very special and nostalgic authenticity. The rounded shapes result in a sculptural and graphic silhouette, so the vase can easily stand alone without flowers as part of both a romantic and contemporary interior design.

The Urbania lighthouse is a replica of a modernistic apartment house that spreads marvelous silhouettes and alluring shadows through its hand-carved windows. Its deep-white glaze is illuminated by a single tea light in a vibrant and poetic display of the diverse urban space. Create a unique porcelain town with the Urbania lighthouses and enjoy the glow of the tea light inside and outside.

Cool urban building. Great for those of us who live in buildings like this.. Anonymous. Sat Dec 06 2025

The Chimney Sweeper stands tall and straight, proudly wearing his uniform with shiny buttons, white scarf and the iconic top hat. There is something majestic about him, which H.C. Andersen puts this way: “Indeed, he might as well have been made a prince as a sweep, since he was only make-believe.” By himself the Chimney Sweeper is elegant and adventurous, and together with the Shepherdess, they become a symbol of love and unity. In the fairy tale about the Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweeper, the old Chinaman tries to force the Shepherdess to marry the Satyr. The couple, deeply in love, decides to escape through a stove pipe to the roof and out into the world – which turns out to be a bit overwhelming to the Shepherdess. Therefore, they return back home, and luckily it turns out that the old Chinaman can no longer influence the destiny of the couple. They go to great extends to be together, and the love between them makes all the difference. Kay Bojesen and H.C. Andersen have a number of things in common. They both worked passionately with storytelling, and they were both ahead of their time. They created a new way of storytelling and with their original stories and unparallel creativity they quickly became loved by children and grown-ups alike – and still are. The Chimney Sweeper is turned in FSC-certified beech wood and is characterised by the quality craftsmanship that all wooden Kay Bojesen figurines are made with. His shape is based on the original figurines from the archives that contain a number of uniformed characters created by Kay Bojesen, like the Guardsman, Mailman and the Police Officer. He is painted by hand with great.

A miniature vase with Kähler's iconic black stripes is indispensable in the modern home. The entire Kähler X KIMPOP Poppery collection sparkles in a bold and confident mix of colorful pastels, opulent glazes, fun details, and shapes that stand out from the crowd and invite us to take more colorful chances in our decor. Just take your time to enjoy this apple-green pear adorned with a lovely mint-colored moth on the side – a whimsical little figure you didn’t know you needed. The Poppery pear measures 11 cm in height and is an eccentric and fun part of the Poppery collection and a perfect example of KIMPOP's humorous approach to unique and lively design, fully embracing both the ceramic craft and the passion for pop and popular culture – a wonderful little ceramic artwork that exudes joy and high spirits.

This Kähler bonbonniére is part of the classic Hammershøi range, which is designed in cooperation with Danish designer Hans-Christian Bauer. The range is characterized by its delicate, elegant furrows that give the ceramic a unique look. Use the wonderful bonbonniére as a decorative bowl on the table or as a jar with a lid in your bathroom, hallway, or bedroom.

Poppery is the wonderfully playful manifestation of KIMPOP's creative identity and Kahler's ceramic heritage. The collection is a shift from classically Scandinavian design norms by using flamboyant hues and unexpected, humorous details. The largest vase in the series, this piece of beautiful ceramic is as unique as it is cheeky, as colorful as it is sleek. Accompanied by an adorable apple with a caterpillar, the vase is ideal for a big, blossoming, seasonal bouquet - it is, of course, an eye-catching piece on its own, as well.

Tivoli’s main entrance, designed by architects Richardt Bergmann and Emil Blichfeldt, was inaugurated in 1890. Bache and Bendix Becker are the artists behind Urbania, a series of small faience houses that each form an enclosed tealight holder. The ceramic tealight houses reflect a modern interpretation of urban landscape through an elegant and exclusive expression and are classical ceramic art in a beautiful, Nordic design. The tealight houses are characterized by strict silhouettes that make room for creativity in the design of each individual window, all of which are hand-carved, uniting Kahler’s unique cultural legacy with modern, quality ceramics.

Poppery is an wonderfully vibrant collection by Kahler and KIMPOP, a Danish design duo comprising Sofie Linde and Joakim Ingversen, two exuberant, creative characters in Danish pop culture. The medium of three vases in the Poppery series, this beautiful piece is a charming manifestation of KIMPOP's fantastical love of color and Kahler's impressive ceramic heritage. Perfect for a small, seasonal bouquet - or as a lovely pop of color on its own, too.

Wearing a light blue nightshirt, dark blue pyjama trousers, slippers and a little hat, the Sandman stands happy and smiling with his two umbrellas. The Colors are tranquil and limited to cool shades of blue. Sandman has been turned in FSC certified beech. He has been made by hand with the great precision and care that are the hallmarks of Kay Bojesen's wooden figurines. The shape is based on the original Ole figurines from Kay Bojesen's archive – simple and minimalist, but full of life and soul – so that Ole is given a feeling of magic and adventure that reflects the spirit of Kay Bojesen and the storytelling he succeeded in creating in his imaginative figurines. Please note that the Sandman is not created with adjustable parts such as arms or legs. We therefore recommend mounting the umbrella with care and to mount both umbrellas to achieve the optimum balance.

The stunning miniature lighthouse from Kähler's Urbania range has an exciting and almost pixelated design. Create a unique little village of your favorite Urbania lighthouses and traits, and place them on the window sill, on the coffee table, or in the hallway to personally greet your guests.

Beautiful new design from the Kähler Urbania line - all of which are stunning. The main photo is misleading, however. It is actually a cropped image of the item. Kähler has created a Christmas collection, which is especially simple and beautiful to have in any home at Christmas time. Bache and Bendix Becker are the powers behind, a collection of small faience houses meant as closed tealight holders. Here, you get the candle house Langkirke, the finest church in a deep-white color. The candle house is modern and particularly stringent in its expression, so it is perfect together with the home’s old Christmas classics. The houses can easily stand alone, but they work especially well in combination with each other. The candle house is perfect for the windowsill.
