Perhaps William Morris’s most recognizable design, Strawberry Thief, was inspired by the thrushes that crept under Morris’s strawberry nets in his garden at Kelmscott Manor, Oxfordshire. The original pattern took several days to print using hand-carved woodblocks to build up the different colors, and ‘Strawberry Thief’ was consequently one of Morris’s firm’s most expensive cottons. While waiting to see the first piece printed, Morris endured sleepless nights in his lodgings at Merton Abbey. Designed in 1883, Strawberry Thief remains one of William Morris’s most popular and iconic designs. Strawberry Thief Deep Blue provides a depth of rich color featuring hues of muted red, teal and dark blue, partnered with pops of lighter tones to accentuate the detail within the design. This matte finish wallpaper invites the outdoors in, in a complementing and easy on the eye manner.

Paper is beautiful. Not up yet though.. Thomas. Crawfordsville, IN. Tue Mar 10 2026

Using inspiration from Tokyo, Edo Toile Navy is an intricately detailed yet elegant design with a mica fibrous finish. This print contrasts radiant golds with navy and teal to create a decorative cultural scene.

Waited a long time for this paper to be reprinted and finally I have it on my wall in the sitting room. Apart from the smell either of the paper or paste I absolutely adore this paper. It looks so classy and is a fab colour. Before you cut the paper do make sure that a full peacock is at the top of the wall, it will make such a difference to the finish. I have been hanging my wall paper for years and know all the tricks of the trade but this is such lovely quality paper you shouldn’t have to much trouble hanging it. Always paste the paper and not the wall, just a little tip! I also used the paint colours that were recommended as they fitted in with my colour scheme. Excellent paint by the way !. Jan678. Marigold was designed by William Morris and registered as a wallpaper in 1875. The pattern incorporates larger marigold flowers amongst sprays of willow-like leaves in a sub-pattern of smaller foliage and flowers. The monochrome pattern was produced in a wide variety of colorways. Morris also registered the design as printed cotton later in 1875, one of only three designs Morris specifically intended to be produced as both a textile and a wallpaper. Marigold fibrous green perfectly showcases Morris’ famous design with a full black metallic print on a gorgeous deep green, textured background. This luxurious design adds an eye-catching element to this duo-toned wallpaper, making it the perfect choice for a sophisticated feel.

A modern approach to the ancient tradition of hand painted plum and cherry blossom wallpaper panels. For those who want a chinoiserie mural look with the ease of a roll wallpaper. On metallic grasscloth, the layered blossoms and branches represents a modern approach to chinoiserie. The inspiration of the plum or cherry blossoms represents the delicate fragility and the beauty of life. It’s a reminder that life is almost overwhelmingly beautiful but that it is also tragically short. When the cherry blossom trees bloom for a short time each year in they serve as a visual reminder of how precious and how precarious life is. A sophisticated chinoiserie for the most discriminating interior designers in the world.

Absolutely in LOVE with this paper! First off, it's made in The USA, not China. The quality is made in America. I can't stop looking at how the metallic hues pop every time the light hits it. Worth every dollar!. Sylvia. Los Angeles, CA. Sun Apr 06 2025

Perfect for creating a beautiful botanical interior. Create a sophisticated paradise on your walls with the Eden Day Wallpaper. An array of colorful and tropical florals and leaves sit atop a fresh white backdrop for a large-scale effect. Perfect for creating a beautiful botanical interior.

I absolutely LOVE this wallpaper and I'm so happy with my selection! I used it to create an accent wall in my office to bring more energy to my day. The colors are exactly as pictured. The pattern is clear and easy to line up. The subtle vertical lines in the background really help the seams to vanish almost completely. This was my first time using wallpaper paste and I was a little unsure, but I found the application easier than I expected! Supplies you will definitely need include: a bucket of wallpaper paste, a large sponge and small paintbrush for paint application, a large straight edge for smoothing out the paper on the wall, and a small precise knife for trimming. Compared to peel & stick - where everything has to be cut out beforehand - I found the "paste the wall" method a lot easier because you simple stick the paper onto the wall and then trim around the molding. It would be a *lot* to do a whole room in this paper but it's *perfect* for an accent wall. I'm also looking forward to doing some smaller projects & updates with the extra leftover pieces. If you're looking for a fun and bold pattern to bring excitement into a room, this is it!. Juliana. Holyoke Ma. Thu May 07 2026

Acanthus leaves decorate many of Morris’s designs and are made a central feature in his ‘Acanthus’ pattern for wallpaper. First used in Ancient Greek friezes and on the capitals of Corinthian columns, these swirling, curling leaves have decorated walls and buildings ever since. Morris found this classical motif ideal for repeating patterns and believed the large pattern he created here was perfect for smaller rooms, creating a more restful atmosphere than a smaller, dense pattern. Acanthus Blue from William Morris displays the beauty of Morris’ large leafy designs in calming yet engaging deep blue and teal tones. The matte paper finish of this wallpaper accentuates the fusion of classical and contemporary.

Just received this fabulous wallpaper. It’s so beautiful in person. Will be a great update to my hall. Will send pictures when able. Chris. Atlanta, GA. Tue Dec 09 2025
