Though the packing slip attached to the shipping container indicated that my order of three plants were enclosed, only one of the plants was sent. I contacted Perogord/Gersen Nursery/Wayfiar that day and again a few days later to investigate this matter and have heard nothing substantive from them. They are quick to email out standard web site satisfaction forms for customers to rate their experience , but after writing twice and finally badgering my husband to add another e-letter to them concerning our lack of followup from the nursery, Perogord or Wayfair, we have basically thrown up thrown up our hands and the virtual towel into the ring . Without a doubt doing e-business with this group is playing with fire. Save your money for a reputable vendor rather than dealing with these people.
