Pretty but excessively hard to match up the grout lines to keep it straight. The wallpaper is cheap wants to stretch. I found that taping the paper in place and then starting at the top pulling the backing paper off diagonally as shown in the pictures cutting it off (so it didn’t bunch up change the alignment) was the only way that work for me. No videos on YouTube mentioned doing this I wasted an 8 foot sheet spent hours trying to get it into place. This is definitely not for the faint of heart but this technique really sped up my installation. Also make sure you cut out any light switches or outlets almost immediately so the paper doesn’t stretch over deform. By texture they mean there’s a powder on the paper that makes it look cool. The actual wallpaper is not textured. The wallpaper looks different from different angles.

I love it. These are my before and after pictures. I did not install in myself (no skills in that department) but the guy I found online did a great job. He lined up the paper and cut it on the floor before installing. Its tricky...but you need the mortar lines between the bricks to line up properly to pass the eye test. I love it...total game changer.

Not completely done with updating room yet but we did just finished putting up the wallpaper. Needless to say...it takes a lot of patience to complete the work. The lines are very hard to connect. The first two I put up I forgot to line it because I was just happy to get it up. I only noticed it when I was almost done with the wall and just didn't like the idea of starting over. So I am going to live with my mistake. It is very sticky and it does takes more than one person to accomplished the job. But it does look nice...it transformed the room and my son likes it. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the lines and it does bubbles easily.

Other reviewers said this was super easy to install. That was not my experience. I found it very challenging to make the paper perfectly smooth with put any air bubbles or lines. With that being said, the wallpaper is very forgiving. You can’t see the flaws in the over all big picture.

Paper is forgiving! With a little help (highly recommend a second set of hands), was able to apply horizontally on an 8’x11’ wall in an hour. Can easily be readjusted. Looks great!
