My delivery experience was excellent. My items arrived promptly and were wrapped to protect them from damage. The pillows that I purchased were exactly as described and depicted online. They exceeded my expectations and those of my very discriminating husband. The material is velvety to the touch and rugged and sewn perfectly. The zippers operate smoothly, and the feather filling makes for very comfortable lumbar support. I love that I can merely fluff these pillows up after they are used to appear full and attractive in my chairs when no one is sitting on them. This was one of my favorite Wayfair purchases. They are beautiful and a fabulous value for the money I spent. I highly recommend purchasing from Wayfair in general and getting these pillows in particular.
