Artist Commentary: "Romantic Encounter" is about the color red, the color of passion, love, and desire. I enjoy the emotional impact of this color without any other reference. While creating this abstract painting, I focused on the interactions of a variety of bold shapes of different sizes, contrasting color combinations, and soft and hard edges. Also, during my process, I turned this painting occasionally to change, take away, or add something. By doing this, I found and solved problems and also ensured that it works in any direction.
