2 BRISTOL mirror deliveries (NOT CALISTO) arrived with frame corners cracked in unmarked damaged cardboard boxes, without any special handling instructions. 2nd mirror arrived defective--dented and dinged with black spots. Inexcusable.

We didn't get the Callisto, we got the Bristol with saddle brown. It arrived beautifully packaged when we unboxed it it was in great shape. We did have a handyman hang it. It looks great above our James Martin vanity!
