This originally came with a defective towel bar that held the glass shelf. I emailed and sent photos and got a very prompt reply and was sent a new shelf and towel bar immediately. Loved the customer service! And the client loves the shelf/towel bar! It's a win win for all of us. Thank you!

Haven’t put it up yet but already it looks like a beautiful shelf for our bathroom ! Very high quality !
