This is extremely frustrating! I ordered 2 pillows and only received 1 pillow cover with no insert. When I chatted with Mohammed, he told me he placed the order for the second pillow cover (that I had already paid for) and 2 inserts. He said they would expedite the delivery and I would have my entire order within 3 days. I thought the issue was resolved, but apparently he did nothing! I think he wanted to just leave the chat without handling the issue. Now I’m out almost $400 and only have one pillow cover. I tried calling but was hung up on. I’ve ordered thousands of dollars worth of merchandise through Perigold and I guess this is my “thank you” very disappointing to say the least.
