Buyer beware: My first order with Perigold included 2 of these pillows and 11 other items. High-end companies usually offer excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. While I received all my other items, the pillow never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they said they would replace it but later required me to file a police report for a stolen package. I’ve lived in this community for 15 years, and nothing has ever been stolen, especially with Ring doorbell cameras. It seems unreasonable to make customers go through that process for a missing item. Additionally, if you receive something you don’t like, you must pay for return shipping. Think carefully before ordering from this company.
