Love these shelves! They look great and are easy to install!

I ordered a swing set through Wayfair and it had several missing parts. I tried to get them replaced with online form and the part to my model was not listed so I could not get any where. This is very disappointing. When I called customer service he was rude and only told me to go fill out form online. That will not work when the part numbers are not listed on the site.
