Plant in need of hospice. Not sure if the damage occurred during transit. Roots are healthy but leaves are cracked and the edges brown.

Second order and still not in the planter

Three days after receiving my order, the plant is completely dead. It arrived with a broken planter, the plant was out of the soil, and the leaves were already dried out and yellow. I tried to contact but I did not hear back. Just a form to fill out but no confirmation for next steps.

It showed up in a broken planter, looking pretty unhealthy, with half as many leaves as the pictures in the ads. Most of the leaves are torn. Not sure if 36" is supposed to be the plant height or the total with the planter, but the plant itself is about 24" tall.
