A very nice plant for the price. Received in very good condition considering how very well it epwas packaged for shipment. Would order again!

This was my second time ordering plants from Costa Farms and it was disappointing in every way possible. The first time I only ordered one plant (a money tree - because I have never heard of that before other than my dad asking if I thought he had one in the backyard) and it is fine. This time I ordered three different plants (Peace Lily Bird’s Nest Fern and a Bromeliad) The first Bird’s Nest Fern wasn’t perfect, but I wasn’t expecting perfect. It had leaves that looked like bugs or something were eating them (which would have been totally fine if they would have just told me that or no it’s sick). I submitted photos asking a question (because I know absolutely zero about plants), but it was completely ignored until (what I’m guessing) Wayfair stepped in, but they still didn’t respond they sent me a replacement without any communication and it looks like it was pulled out of the garbage. The reason I’m disappointed is because they include a card with each plant asking you to let them know if you’re not completely satisfied before leaving a poor review like it’s a small family owned friendly business or something. Why even care if you can’t just send a reply like (Hi those leaves were eaten by rats so no worries just cut them off and everything will be fine). It would have saved them money and gotten a five star review if they just could have replied to the email. I don’t even know what to do with this one it makes me sad. ANYWAY… long story short (sorry) quality is a toss up, there’s no communication and I won’t order plants from them again. * The first photo is of the first one and the rest are of the “replacement”.

Beautiful fern ! Delivered perfectly

This plant arrived in a very damaged package. The Fed Ex driver knocked on my door and asked me if I even wanted the package. I said sure! The plant was very well protected inside and was unharmed. I love it and I am very pleased with all of the plants I ordered from Wayfair

This beautiful Button Fern was delivered swiftly and arrived in perfect condition. The fern was properly watered for the journey and looked exactly like the photo that appears on the Wayfair store website. I am 100% satisfied with this transaction, and will be back to purchase more!

Arrived with plastic wrapped around dirt/pot, with chemical warmer wrapped on pot :) also (the weather had turned very cold again). Paper also wrapped around plant with bambo stick holding the pot in place!!! Now..let me tell you, that birds nest fern is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Costa farms....you ROCK!! It is a PERFECT plant, very nice size for price.. my plant buying has just begun with this nursery, but will absolutely continue!! Thank you! Mary M.

I was surprised it was perfect for shipping I'm happy with my purchase of this plant. So good to know I can get shipped plants in better condition than going out to buy them. I Love it!
