Using Japanese techniques and charcoal, Cole & Son artists created croquis for the Japanese Woods design. A modern interpretation of the traditional craft known as Daisugi—a Japanese sustainable method to preserve a forest within a single tree—this design ensures that within each pruned tree, you have a whole forest. The striking Japanese Woods gives a contemporary feel to any room, providing the illusion of an eternal forest. This graphic and monochromatic repeat provides depth and perspective to the interior space.
