This item is very poor quality in person. I am very disappointed. I bought it with the confidence that I would be able to return something that I didn't like. It says it on the site that it can be returned within 30 days. However, after chatting with a representative it can not be returned. How can you buy with confidence when you purchase something and then it can't be returned?
