This item was pitched as "hand embellished" which I thought would mean visible paint strokes, raised areas of paint, etc. I also assumed this was why the painting was not returnable. There was no visible embellishment, so I had an artist add it at extra cost. Also, the are paint runs on the bottom 4-5" of the painting, which you cannot see because the online photos are cropped above that point. The runs look sloppy and inconsistent with the rest of the painting, so the artist also corrected those. For what I got - basically a basic print on canvas - I feel I WAY overpaid.
