I love the trim I received. However, I did not love calling three times to find out why I didn't receive the full set of samples I ordered. Each time I was told someone would be in touch in 3-5 days. No one ever followed up. I finally placed an order on a hunch that I knew the colorway when the sample set was canceled more than a month after I initially ordered it.
