I loved this piece, but alas, after having it delivered three different times and sending back because of breakage of the shells, I gave up owning it. The first time, the packaging was loose and shells were broken off and in the box. The second time, I didn't even unwrap it because there were dead bugs on top of the packaging and debris that looked like the wood may have been eaten by those bugs. The third time, the packaging was tight but there were two sections of the shield where the shells were broken. Bummer. The Customer Advocacy person was wonderful in helping me with the issues.
