5 stars for the chair itself. 5 stars for Wayfair customer service. NEGATIVE stars for packaging. While the product itself is perfectly fine, and exactly what I was looking for, the packaging is a DISASTER!!!! Fortunately Wayfair has been great to work with to get replacements. I ordered 20 barstools for a project. They put 5 in a box labeled for 4, but should really only hold 2. The boxes are flimsy, and the tops of the chairs stick out. The table is sturdy. It came with glass chipped off the end, which could be very dangerous. Wayfair kindly sent me a replacement. It seems to be staining on the glass from sitting outside and just being rained on. I would expect it to wear better since it is intended for outside.
