I've had mine for a year, and I really like what it does. I cook fish, chicken, small pizzas, vegetables, all sorts of great foods in it. It makes quick, delicious dinners.
What I don't like is cleaning it. It's hard to get into it, you have to reach way in and scrub it, pretty much blind. There are quartz tubes to be careful of, and you shouldn't use anything abrasive. When cooking, I use foils and parchment paper covers to keep food from spattering everywhere, but it still is pretty crusty at this point. I clean it, on average, about once a week, doing a pretty thorough job to keep it from being greasy and nasty, but, like I said, after a year, it's still crusty, but still useable.
I do love the fact that it flips away and provides more counter space in my small kitchen. I just wish it were easier to clean.. Profcarpenter. California. Wed May 06 2026
