An earthy and balanced look for your table. With a new color palette in four elegant earthy shades, Rhombe Earth invites us to slow down, be mindful of what we eat and who we eat with, and to notice the beauty of the tableware we eat from. The serving bowl in the series has a diameter of 22 cm and is available in the beige-colored Marble. Just like the other muted earthy colors in Rhombe Earth, this brings out the Rhombe tableware’s iconic relief pattern in a new and different way – inviting us to go deeper and take note of the food in the bowl, of our senses and the conversation we have with others around the table. Like Lyngby Porcelæn’s popular Rhombe Color series, all four beautiful colors in the Rhombe Earth series – Marble, Clay, Moss and Slate – have been carefully selected by the design duo Stilleben, consisting of Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft. Use the different Rhombe Earth pieces together in your table setting, letting the various plate sizes peek out from underneath one another in matching warm and earthy tones. The plates, mugs, and bowls in Rhombe Earth are perfect to use either together or separately as a complement to your Rhombe Color collection or in combination with the classic white Rhombe tableware. Here, the gray and brown shades of the individual Rhombe Earth pieces, together with Lyngby Porcelæn’s lines of perfection, create a modern and casual look that contrasts beautifully with the white porcelain.

The distinctive colors of color were selected in collaboration with the design duo, Stilleben. The range adds an infinite number of creative options and all the colors can be freely mixed or matched or used with the white tableware to suit your fancy. The pattern comes from the archives and was first launched back in 1961. Unlike at that time, on this elegant, handmade-porcelain pasta bowl, the pattern has not been transferred to the porcelain as a simple pattern but used as a relief. This lends the pasta bowl a simple, classic look that will grace any table setting, both for everyday use and festive occasions. The pasta bowl in the photo is in green porcelain.

The beautiful white, handmade serving bowl is 6.9 inches in diameter and is equally suitable for everyday use and special occasions. The rhombus pattern was originally an old pattern from the design archives and was previously used on the products in the 1961 Danild range. The classic, simple pattern adds a touch of luxury to your table setting and serving, and the pattern is of course also found on various other products in the Rhombe range. On the products in the Danild range, the pattern was transferred onto the porcelain as a decal, whereas the Rhombe range products have it in the form of a relief, which gives a different and beautiful result, making this range quite unique.
