Beautiful, soft,great color of white

Pretty color, but it feels like a burlap sack

Lovely spread.

The photos make this look like soft, light, brushed cotton. It's not anything like that. It's very heavy and has a big, open weave that resembles scratchy tweed. I bought two and am returning both of them without even taking them out of the packaging.

This duvet cover is not at all what I expected. I didn't understand what they meant by "classic chambray weave". It is not a smooth cotton duvet cover. It has the look and feel of a blanket. Not at all what I was looking for. The description could be better.
